Has H-E-B Finally Decided on a Lubbock Location?

According to Lubbock In the Loop, H-E-B will be moving into the South Plains Mall.

Yep, that's what they're saying, and that their sources are credible. They're working on gathering more information.

H-E-B has also purchased land near 114^th & Quaker Avenue, but there are no updates on this location.
