Happy’s Shaved Ice in Lubbock Suffers Catastrophic Fire [Photos, Video]

A Lubbock favorite shaved ice and smoothie spot is closed for the foreseeable future after a massive fire destroyed products and equipment.

Happy's Shaved Ice showed some of the damage from the fire on their Facebook page Wednesday morning.

But despite the fire and massive damage it caused, the staff at Happy's is trying to be positive, making a joke about a new menu item: fire-roasted banana smoothies.

Here's hoping Happy's gets back up and running soon, since they make folks in Lubbock, well, happy.
