At 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 26th, the City of Lubbock confirmed four additional cases of coronavirus, making the total in Lubbock County 23.
The Texas Department of State Health Services is also reporting a total of 3 cases in Hockley County, 3 in Terry County, and 1 in Gaines County.
KAMC News reports that Scurry County Judge Dan Hicks has announced a stay-at-home order for citizens of Scurry County to begin at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27th.
No cases have been confirmed in Scurry County, but Hicks says the order is designed to keep the county safe.
