First Church Of The Nazarene To Host Vacation Bible School Next Month [AUDIO]

On Tuesday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Carl Wren, youth pastor at First Church of the Nazarene, talked with Tom Collins and Laura Mac about their upcoming vacation bible school.

First Church of the Nazarene will be putting on their annual vacation bible school next month. Wren said the theme for this year's VBS is "Mission to Mars: Meet a Risen Savior." He explained that this theme was selected because there are many "saviors" in the world, but only one true Savior the kids will be learning about this year.

The "Mission to Mars" vacation bible school will run from July 8th to July 12th from 9 AM to noon at First Church of the Nazarene. VBS is open to kids from Pre-K to 5th grade, and registration is free.
