El Paso Man Jailed After Abusing a Dog

An El Paso man is in prison after he was caught abusing a dog.

KAMC News reports, 29 year-old Joshua Mitsumatsu was seen abusing a shepherd mix. A witness captured cellphone video showing Mitsumatsu picking the dog up and throwing him to the ground and beating him.

Mitsumatsu was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $3,500 bond.

As of the writing of this article, Mitsumatsu has been bonded out of the El Paso County Detention Facility.
