State Rep. Dustin Burrows joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday to discuss property taxes and how citizens can protest. Burrows told KFYO that if citizens want to pay less in taxes, they need to organize and start making calls to officials in local taxing jurisdictions.

Burrows stressed organizing among citizens and to tell locally elected officials that they, the cities, counties, and school districts, that they need to make cuts and not raise taxes.

Burrows also told KFYO that he believed it was time for businesses to get back open again and that we couldn't "task-force our way out of this". Burrows praised small businesses owners and stressed that the way to get our economy back was to let businesses do what they do best.
