Kids of all ages who love dinosaurs won't want to miss out on what is happening this Saturday, April 29th at the Museum of Texas Tech. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. the Museum will be hosting Dino Day.

Those who attend will be able to celebrate Dino Day which is a celebration of learning about dinosaurs. There will be dinosaur-themed crafts, dinosaur themed games, and more. Basically, it's all things dinosaurs.

Not only will attendees be able to do those events, but visitors to the Museum of Texas Tech on Saturday will be able to handle real fossils and meet raptor birds of the South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center according to a press release.

Dino Day will give visitors a chance to handle real fossils, follow guided tours from paleontologists and participate in dinosaur-themed activities, crafts and games. Participants also will be able to attend free Planetarium shows (space is limited), enter raffles to win exciting prizes, and meet the raptor birds of the South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.

Admission and parking are free.

The Museum of Texas Tech is located at 3301 Fourth Street in Lubbock. Dino Days will be happening between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29th. Be sure to check it out. It's something the whole family will enjoy!
