Healthcare worker Elaina Shelton of Lubbock, Texas was visiting the Plainview Hospital for work when she came across something in the basement that scared the ever-living crap out of her. Apparently, the Covenant Hospital Plainview has a sense of humor and enjoys a good Halloween prank.

Elaina looked down the long hallway of the basement in the hospital to see what looked like a creepy woman or person standing all alone in the very far back corner. I've watched the video a few times now, and it does give you a bit of a chill.

Someone was up to some good old-fashioned Halloween fun over there, and who can blame them really? Hospitals haven't been the most fun places to be in recent years. At least there are still laughs to be had.

"So this hospital got jokes," Elaina says as she flips the camera around to reveal the spooky scene, followed by, "I don't think so." Her bewildered face absolutely cracks me up, but to be honest, I would have probably screamed and cried and run the hell away if I saw anything like that. I don't think I'd be brave enough to zoom in or make a video.

It looks like someone just threw a wig on top of a piece of equipment, but seeing it far away in the distance and at just the right angle sure does give you the creeps.
