This Monday, on Lubbock's First News, Congressman Randy Neugebauer discusses the lack of water in West Texas, as well as the Veterans Administration crisis.

After voicing concern over the lack of precipitation in Lubbock, Congressman Neugebauer  discussed a new bill regulating water usage in our region, including the recycling of sewage water. He went on to discuss the ongoing crisis involving the Veterans Administration, stating his disappointment in the Administration's negligence of military veteran patients. In addition, Congressman Neugebauer questions the effectiveness of our nations method of healthcare distribution, asking "is the government the right vehicle to do it?" He also voiced concern over the lack of President Obama's acknowledgment of the issue.
