On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Rep. Randy Neugebauer explained his recent votes regarding U.S. military involvement in Libya.

“I voted against Libya, but then I voted for limiting the funding,” Neugebauer said.  “Some folks thought that by voting for any funding, you were embracing it.  What we were trying to do [was], since the president was probably going to continue this path anyway, we wanted to at least limit the funding.”

Neugebauer said the vote showed that President Obama doesn’t have a clear consensus from congress regarding involvement in Libya.
