The TABC has presented criminal charges against three individuals, two of which are public officials in Texas counties.

McCulloch County Tax Assessor and Collector Silvia Campos, Concho County Sheriff’s Deputy Felipe Bernal, and Rosario Botello have all been charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages available to minors during a high school graduation party in Brady, Texas.

Three minors failed breath tests at the party. The Texas Rangers are investigating due to the allegations against public officials. Each could face up to a year in jail as well as a $4,000 fine.
