I have always been fascinated with dreams. I don't know if I believe that every single dream has a meaning, but I sure can tell you some crazy dreams I've had during stressful times in my life.

It's also very common for people to have similar dreams with identical issues like teeth falling out, having the ability to fly, or alone in the ocean to drown. Thanks to research from My Vision, we can see the most common dreams in each state, and Texas sure has a weird one.

In states like Montana, Idaho, and Utah, most dream-related Google searches included cheating partners. Move over to Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio, and the most common dreams involve snakes and tornadoes. Put those two together and you've got yourself a cult classic film.

One thing I was surprised to see was that dreams that include falling, losing teeth, or having your eyelashes fall out--common dream stereotypes--were the most searched items in only about 5 states.

Now we're getting to the good stuff. In Texas, the most Googled dream explanation was about one or multiple exes. I guess George Strait knew what he was talking about.

Funny enough, the next most common dream in Texas is about a dead or dying person. I like to remain positively ignorant and assume these two things have nothing in common with each other...
