Chad’s Morning Brief: Terror In London… Again

Another terror attack in Europe this weekend. Another terror attack in England. The British Prime Minister says something has to change. She is right, but what is it exactly that has to change and will it? When will leaders admit that we are in a World War? Or are we okay with letting this become the new normal in Europe and the United States.
