Chad’s Morning Brief: Senate Vote Delayed On Health Care

The planned Senate vote to repeal and replace Obamacare has been delayed until after the July 4th recess. The reason for the delay? The Republicans simply don't have enough support within the GOP to pass the current piece of legislation. This whole process really has to make one question the Republican leadership in D.C. All Republicans seemed to have campaigned on getting rid of Obamacare, but it seems no one actually had a plan to follow through.
