Chad’s Morning Brief: Obamacare Repeal Vote Coming, Maybe

U.S. Senator John Cornyn told the press Monday that a new draft of the Senate's repeal and replace health care bill could emerge this week with a vote happening next week. While both Senate Cornyn and Senator Cruz have sounded optimistic, I am still taking a wait and see attitude. A vote isn't a done deal until there is a vote and there are still many hurdles to clear.
