Chad’s Morning Brief: Does Joe Biden Even Stand a Chance?
A report from CBS says that former Vice President Joe Biden will announce his campaign for President next month. The question many are raising, is Joe Biden really the favorite to win the nomination? Personally, I don't think he is.
