Chad’s Morning Brief: Democrats Open To Single-Payer System [VIDEO]
Senate Republicans will attempt a vote Tuesday to proceed with debate over a repeal and replace plan for Obamacare. If the vote fails it could doom chances of repealing Obamacare which Republicans have spent 7 years promising. Failure could also empower Democrats to move forward on a single-payer health care system.
