Chad’s Morning Brief: Beto O’Rourke Will Be A Top Tier 2020 Candidate
It's looking more and more like Beto O'Rourke will enter the 2020 Democrat primary. If/When he enters the race, I think he will automatically become a top tier candidate for the candidates. Likability means a lot and voters like Beto. I saw it here in Texas. He is untested outside of Texas, but then again, so are most of the candidates for President.
