Chad’s Morning Brief: 16th Anniversary Of The 9/11 Terror Attacks

It hardly seems like it has been 16 years since the 9/11 terror attacks. On Monday our nation will look back on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Every year on the show I do what I will do on Monday. Ask the listeners where they were and the lessons learned on that day and since. I do this for a couple of reasons. First, to remember the day and to remember the evil that attacked us. Second, I believe it is good for us as a nation to remember the attacks and for the emotion of that day to be heard. 16 years is a long time and while I was a freshman at Texas Tech on 9/11, I know there are those in the audience who were even younger. We should talk about the evil of that day and how this nation came together. We should always remember the evil that wants to kill us and end this great nation. We should never forget.
