On Tuesday's Chad Hasty Show, the show took a unique turn when Hasty bought up a this news story from KCBD.com about noise from the Lone Star Amphitheater and proposed changes to Lubbock ordinances by District 2 City Councilwoman Sheila Patterson-Harris.

Hasty talked about Patterson's obsession with loud noise, and took several calls from listeners contributing to the conversation, including one from Scott Stephens, the owner of the Lone Star Amphitheater.

"I feel bad for the police. I think they have better things to do," Hasty said.

Correction: An earlier version of this story listed Councilwoman Sheila Patterson-Harris as the District 1 councilperson.
