The City of Lubbock’s museums are participating in an annual toy drive.

The Buddy Holly Center and the Silent Wings Museum are taking part in the United States Marine Corps Reserves Toys for Tots drive this Christmas season.

The museums will accept toy donations to benefit local children through Friday, December 14th.

Guests that contribute a new toy for donation will receive one free admission.

The Buddy Holly Center is located at 1801 Crickets Avenue, and the Silent Wings Museum is at 6202 North I-27, in Lubbock’s old airport terminal.

Toys for Tots first began in 1947.
