Body Found Near Andrews Identified; Two Now Face Murder Charges

A body found Wednesday has been identified as that of Missing Hobbs man Reyes Guerrero. Guerrero was reported missing Tuesday, shortly after two men were arrested under suspicion of criminal activity. Shortly afterwards Juan and Salvador Ovalle confessed to the murder of Guerrero. Gurrero’s body was found west of Andrews, and is now awaiting autopsy in Dallas. The Ovalle’s face murder and tampering with evidence charges, and are jailed under $1 million cash bonds a piece.
