An area organization will host a two-day bike ride to help raise funds to battle multiple sclerosis.

The annual two-day Bike MS: Cactus and Crude will begin on July 19th when cyclists will begin their ride from Midland to Post.

There will be an overnight stop at the SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf in Big Spring, and the event will conclude in Post on July 20th.

Bike MS is a fundraising event hosted by the National MS Society, and supports critical research, as well as programs and services that directly impact the daily lives of those living with MS.

The ride offers a scenic cycling route for both novice and experienced riders.

The National MS Society says that this event can help make a difference in the lives of more than 400,000 Americans currently living with multiple sclerosis.
