There have been a lot of changes happening in South Lubbock, but it looks like big moves are still coming. With more and more businesses expanding or adding new locations, we're excited to say it's not just happening on Milwaukee Avenue.

As you can see above, according to LoopNet.com a bunch of new businesses is coming to Indiana Avenue and 122nd. There's going to be another Hayashi Japanese Steakhouse, which I'm really excited about because the other two are always packed. Hopefully, this new one will be just as good.

While there is already a Sonic, United Supermarkets and Rosa's Cafe, it looks like Braum's will be joining them very soon in that area giving a lot more restaurant choices over there. There's also a new Worship Center coming.

There's already been Harrigan's and Farmhouse over there, but joining in that shopping center will be another location for an Anytime Fitness. That area definitely needs a workout facility.

While car dealerships are having a lot of trouble right now getting cars, it looks like Lubbock will be getting a new one over on 130th Street or FM 1585. Along with that comes a couple of new gas stations, like Stripes and E-Z Mart.

This will be a great area for all these businesses since this will be the future home of Loop 88 and no doubt have a lot of people travelling there. I'm excited to see more growth in Lubbock no matter if it's brand new businesses or other businesses doing so well they can open another location. These are all good things coming to Lubbock.
