Houston police have released body camera footage from officers who exchanged gunfire with a woman who opened fire at celebrity pastor Joel Osteen's Houston megachurch earlier this month before she was gunned down.

Federal authorities took a man into custody Friday in Florida in connection with the mail-bomb scare that earlier widened to 12 suspicious packages, the FBI and Justice Department said.
