Lubbock Police Release 911 Call from Marsha Sharp Freeway Pedestrian Fatality
The Lubbock Police Department has released the 911 call made after a man was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing Marsha Sharp Freeway near the Texas Tech campus Wednesday.
The victim, 50-year-old Sammy Rodriguez, was struck by a 2006 Ford Focus while crossing Marsha Sharp Freeway just before 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 8.
The Lubbock Police Department’s Accident Investigation Team has launched an investigation into Rodriguez's death.
