85 Basketball Teams to Compete in 2017 FiberMax Caprock Classic

Over 85 basketball teams from Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Australia, will travel to Lubbock for the 59th Annual FiberMax Caprock Classic.

The annual basketball tournament is hosted by the Lubbock Caprock American Business Club, a local nonprofit, to raise money for people with disabilities.

Multiple teams compete over two days in gyms across Lubbock for a chance to play in the Reagor-Dykes Championship Night match at Lubbock Christian University.

All tournament and VIP winners are chosen by coaches, refs, and announcers, in addition to an all-tournament committee.

This year’s FiberMax Caprock Classic will be held from Thursday, Dec. 28., through the 30th with divisions for both men and women.
