Over the course of 2 days, Texas DPS Special Agents, Texas DPS Highway Patrol Troopers, and South Plains Auto Theft Task Force Agents arrested a total of 45 suspects.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has announced a pilot program to extend the operating hours at four Texas Driver License offices until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday through September 30th. The DL offices participating are the Fort Worth Mega Center, the Carrollton Mega Center, the Childress DL Office and the Plainview DL Office.
