David Buxkemper on Upcoming St. Joseph Sausage Festival
The annual St. Joseph's Sausage Festival will take place this Saturday and Sunday, October 20th and 21st, and will feature lots of great sausage cooked by Raider Red Meats, as well as fun things for the whole family. Starting Saturday morning, they will start selling vacuum packed sausage by the pound. David explained that they will be making about 8,400 pounds of regular, jalapeno, and habanero sausage. That afternoon and night they will have a variety of bands playing, and will serve beer and wine.
