Starting Thursday, October 17th, the City of Lubbock will begin a seal-coat paving project on the East 24th Street railroad bridge near Southeast Drive and East 24th.
Lubbock County will close portions of Milwaukee Avenue starting Wednesday, December 10, and continuing through Friday, December 12, to apply asphalt overlay.
Next week 114th street between Quaker and Trafalgar avenues will reopen after months of widening and paving work on the roadway, with another section closing for construction.
