"Our number one job is to provide for the common defense, and by allowing more services and benefits to a crew of people who are here illegally, you're just inviting more people to come. It's exactly what they want. I think it's abundantly clear. In fact, they're not even denying that anymore. It's hard to believe. You feel like you went to sleep and woke up in Venezuela," Arrington said.
