Texas Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst (R) today appointed State Senator Kel Seliger (R-Amarillo) to the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science Advisory Board.  Senator Seliger will replace Senator Florence Shapiro, who is retiring from the Texas Senate.
