"You do have a number of liberals and Democrats who said how outrageous this is, it's a long list and includes David Axelrod and Alan Dershowitz, Jonathan Chait of the New Republic, and it's a long list at this point", said Mackowiak.

Mackowiak said, "He can call for anyone's resignation, in the state, and he can line-item veto anything, whenever he wants, he doesn't even have to give a reason, or he can give any reason he wants."
