Just in time for Spring Costco has released their annual mini carrot cakes but what's the big deal?

A few weeks ago, I brought you a story about the TSA confiscating a woman's cupcake. Now the TSA is actually trying to defend its decision, and in my opinion, is failing horribly at it.
