When asked if he thought what's happening down at the border is a crisis situation, Rowe said, "Absolutely." He went on to explain that not much can be done unless congress changed something. He also explained that there is a lot of disease coming into America and how that is dealt with, and explained that the US-Mexico border is not the only border that people coming into the country through.
