With the Spring here, more and more kids will be outside riding their bikes. Do they know basic bicycle safety?

This seems to be a growing an annoyance/hazard, or at least something that has become more apparent to myself. I'll come out and say it. I hate cyclists. They are a danger to themselves and to others and they just plain look weird. If you choose to pick up cycling as a hobby, then by all means go ahead and give it a whirl, but keep it off the public streets...
