Amanda Banks Indicted by Grand Jury for Insurance Fraud
Amanda Lee Banks, former candidate for Lubbock ISD School Board, was indicted Tuesday afternoon for insurance fraud. Lubbock Police say they can prove nearly $8,000 in fraudulent insurance claims.
