On Thursday's edition of The Chad Hasty Show, U.S. District 19 Representative Jodey Arrington joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about the latest in news and agendas from Washington, D.C.

Arrington and Hasty discussed what's current from Congress, including the repeal and replacement of "Obamacare", the budget, the farm bill, national security and sanctuary cities, as well as Second Amendment issues including the quest for nationwide reciprocity for licensed carrying of weapons.

While speaking about the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, Arrington said,

The reciprocity bill, I think, is huge for our Second Amendment rights, and I think you'll see that on the House floor soon.

When Hasty asked Arrington if he thought the bill might face more uncertainty from the Senate, Arrington replied, "Unfortunately, everything, including [reciprocity] is going to be shakier in the Senate, but we're definitely going to get it out of the House."
