Lubbock has seemed to fall in love with Dutch Bros. Coffee. The first location on 19th and West Loop 289 opened in March and it seems to have a line of cars constantly throughout the week.

I should know, because I am there multiple times a week and sometimes more than once a day. Hey, it happens. They have a huge menu and I enjoy trying their different drinks.

The first location is so popular thatDutch Bros. Coffee has decided to go ahead and get moving on a second location. They're also reportedly looking at two more future locations in Lubbock.

The second location of Dutch Bros. Coffee in Lubbock is going up quickly at 5212 Slide Road. This location seems to be a bit bigger than the first spot, with a larger shaded patio for customers. I'll be the first to admit that the line at the 19th Street location always moves quickly, so going through the drive-thru is never a problem for me.

As you can see in the picture above which I took Thursday morning, construction is really going and they already have signs up on the building. I haven't seen a firm date yet for when the second Dutch Bros. Coffee will open, but a June opening seems likely.

According to our friends at Lubbock in the Loop, Dutch Bros. Coffee will also start construction on two more locations this summer. One location will be at 112201 Quaker Ave., and the other will be 8231 University Ave. Both are expected to be open in October.

Not only has Lubbock embraced Dutch Bros. Coffee, it seems Dutch Bros. is very happy to be in Lubbock. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go get a Blended Double RainBro energy drink. Delicious.
