Lubbock Is Having a Flatland Film Festival

Starting this Thursday and running all weekend is the Flatland Film Festival. I never knew we had a film festival. We do. And it's this weekend.

The Flatland Film Festival runs Oct. 6-8 and takes place at the LHUCA Firehouse Theatre, located at 511 Ave. K. There are Q&As, parties, screenings and more.

There are quite a few films that have been done in West Texas or about West Texas. If you're into film at all, this is an event for you.
