According to KHOU, the bacteria blistered all over the man’s body and began to spread like fire.  Vibrio bacteria is the name of this deadly disease bacteria virus that is killing Texans all over the state. Vibrio bacteria are described as genuine Graham-negative bacteria with a curved rod shape, and several species can cause foodborne infections or soft tissue infections. The disease is usually associated with eating uncooked seafood. Usually, you can find the deadly virus in coastal waters, including saltwater, Brackish water, and a mixture of salt and freshwater. From May to October is usually when the virus is at its highest concentration because the temperatures have warmed up.

The symptoms start with a fever and continue with swelling, discoloration, discharge of fluid around the wound, and excruciating pain.
