It's bad enough that half of the country thinks Texas is a bunch of dumb rednecks.  However, as you know that isn't the case, but unfortunately, a new study shows that Texas has some very uneducated cities and towns.

A study done by 247wallst.com found the top 50 most uneducated cities in the country.  Texas had 9 cities on the list,  9 Texas cities!!!
