Kir Royal 

• 3 to 4 tablespoons Crème de Cassis
• 1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled
• Add Crème de Cassis to a glass flute, top with champagne, garnish with raspberries.

Strawberry Sangria

• 3 Cups Strawberries – hulled and sliced
• 1 1/2 Cups Raspberries
• 3 large Oranges - DIVIDED (2 = juiced) (1 = thinly sliced)
• 1 Lemon - thinly sliced
• Handful Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Cup Liqueur - Orange, Blood Orange or Strawberry Liqueur
• 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Juice
• 1 750-ml Bottle Brut Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Rose, chilled
• Combine ingredients in a pitcher, chill in fridge, serve.

Chocolate Martini

• 4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
• 4 oz Chocolate Liqueur
• 8 oz Vodka
• Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass rimmed with chocolate syrup.

Love Potion No. 9

• 1 cup pomegranate juice
• 3 ounces strawberry vodka (I love Strawberry Basil Vodka from Pearl
• 3 ounces Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
• Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass, garnish with strawberry.

Pink Squirrel 

• 1/3 cup crème de almond
• 1/3 cup white crème de cacao
• 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream
• Blend ingredients, pour into glass rimmed with sprinkles.

Mudslide 

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce coffee liqueur
• 1 ounce Baileys Irish cream
• 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
• Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass, garnish with chocolate shavings.

Raspberry Martini

• 1 ½ oz vodka
• 1 ½ oz raspberry simple syrup*
• 1 ½ oz lemon juice
• Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass, garnish with fresh strawberries and a lemon wheel.

Strawberry Margarita (serves 4)

• 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled (see note 2)
• 1 cup tequila
• 2/3 cup fresh lime juice (from 5 to 6 limes)
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup triple sec
• Blend ingredients until smooth, let sit for three minutes, skim foam off top, serve over ice in a glass with a salted rim.

Clover Club 

• 2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
• 1 egg white
• Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass, garnish with fresh raspberries.

Blood Orange Margarita 

• 2 ounces silver/blanco tequila
• 2 ounces fresh blood orange juice (about 1 large blood orange, juiced)
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 lime, juiced)
• 1 teaspoon light agave nectar or simple syrup, to taste
• 1 tiny drop pure vanilla extract
• Shake with ice, strain over ice in glass rimmed with salt, garnish with blood orange wheel.
