The Buddy Holly Center is hosting a number of Dia de los Muertos events this Halloween weekend.

The center is hosting Procesion on Friday, October 30, from 6-9:30 p.m. with an art gallery displaying local, national and international Dia de los Muertos art. There are also plenty of activities for the kids in the courtyard along with a taco and cash bar all accompanied by live music from Tejano band Grupo Kruel.

The following day, Saturday, October 31, the Buddy Holly Center is hosting a Dia de los Muertos workshop where the entire family can create their own sugar skulls and macaroni skeletons.

The cost for Saturday is $7 per person. The workshop takes place from 1-2:30 p.m.
