If you are like so many and know it's time to eat healthier in 2019, Market Street has a great program for you. It's called the 28-Day Challenge and even though it began the first week of January, you still have time to participate.

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined me to discuss the 28-Day Challenge today and how it benefits everyone. You can sign-up on the Market Street website and when you do you will receive tips and meal plans weekly. You will also have a chance at winning big time prizes.

Some of the tips you will get will be about switching out unhealthy foods for foods that are tasty and healthy. For example, ditch that double cheese burger with fries for rotisserie chicken and a glass of wine.
