Who Should Decide Gay Marriage? [POLL]

Today the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the first of two cases regarding gay marriage. Today, the Court will arguments over Prop. 8 that California voters approved of that banned gay marriage in the state. On Wednesday the argument will be over the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which defines marriage as being between man and a woman. DOMA also decided who can receive federal benefits for being married.

One of the big questions surrounding all of this is, who should have the say when it comes to gay marriage. Should the Supreme Court decide? What about the Federal Government? Or should it be up to the states?
