Vision has been a key word this political season in Lubbock. Jim Gerlt, who defeated Councilman Paul Beane in District 4, has previously said that past council’s lacked a vision for the future. Gerlt isn’t the only person talking about vision though. Mayor Glen Robertson and Councilwoman Latrelle Joy also talked about long term planning and vision for the City of Lubbock.
