What Do You Think the City of Lubbock Should do About the Godeke Library?

Instead of a poll today, we want you to share your thoughts on what you think the Lubbock City Council should do about the Godeke Library. Currently, the City is spending $25,000 a month in rent and council members seem united in the thought that it’s time to move in a different direction. Last week, the council decided not to move forward with moving the Godeke Library to 3838 50th Street. The council will continue to look at options for the Southwest branch. Some people are in favor of getting rid of branches all together because of the rise of all things digital.

What do you think the Lubbock City Council should do?
