This challenge runs through the end of April and encourages residents to make a commitment to manage water resources more wisely. The annual challenge is a non-profit nationwide community campaign to see which community heads can best encourage their residents to make a series of online pledges.

Residents can win a new Toyota Prius, water saving fixtures, and many other prizes.
