2011 TubervilleCar Accident Case Closed Says LPD
The Lubbock Police department says the case involving a wreck between Tommy Tuberville’s wife Suzanne Tuberville and an elderly couple has been closed.
This comes after 87-year-old Ira Purdy, who was a passenger in the car that was struck by Tuberville, died late last week. Tuberville ran a red light in November of last year, striking the vehicle that 73-year old Nelda Purdy was driving. The Purdys were both taken to Covenant Medical Center. KAMC 28 says police do not expect any further charges to be filed against Suzanne Tuberville.
